At Vital Visits, we strive to make the payment process simple, transparent, and flexible. We accept a variety of private, out-of-pocket payment methods to suit your needs and ensure uninterrupted care.
Please note: We do not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid at this time. All services are billed as private pay.

Accepted directly through management with a receipt provided at the time of payment
Debit/Credit Card
Secure card payments processed through our billing system via personal invoice.
Check
Payable to Vital Visits; collected in person or by mail.
📄 RECEIPTS & MONTHLY STATEMENTS:
A receipt is provided at the time of payment. Monthly statements are issued for your records and can assist with financial tracking or reimbursement (if applicable).
